I've never heard of Edifier before, but all I can say is that if you are a music aficionado and looking for bookshelf speakers that won't break the bank, just get these. Listening to music is very subjective but these simply nail it where quality studio sound comes in. Again, these are "studio" quality sound with frequency boosting which is a nice touch. When someone mentions their output power rating in RMS, you know they are very serious about music.Overall speakers look very solid, love the white wood finish and the design is just awesome.

Excellent speakers, fine finish and great sound, I took a break after reading some comments that made me doubt if it was a good purchase option... after receiving them and when I picked them up and appreciated the finish and great design I had not heard them before I was looking forward to hearing them after a few minutes very certainly the great moment... it was like the icing on the cake an exquisite sound the high sounds very defined and clear and the low sounds are not so deep but enough to enjoy a great sound; very few times I recommend a product I recommend this one 100% since they have a sound, easy to connect and configure it only took me a few minutes. I have had great sound brands and I had never bought from EDIFIER without a doubt it will be one of my favorites from this day on very satisfied with the price and quality of the product.

When buying online I'm normally and Amazon shopper, but I bought these Edifier R1380DB powered Bluetooth speakers at BestBuy simply because their delivery time was shorter than Amazon's. I mounted them on a shelf near the ceiling of a sunroom that measures 13 ft x 16 ft. The acoustics of the room aren't great, so I didn't want to spend a fortune. I think they sound really good for $170. I would definitely recommend them.

These speakers are amazing for their price. The sound is rich and clear. Very pleasant to listen to. Great as desk speakers. Everything works as promosed.

Impressed

Just what I needed!

A significant upgrade from the 1280. Worth the extra money.

Excellent sound quality

I'm really happy with these. I need to listen to them at low volume at the office and they sound great.

Lo uso con mi Mac mini y mi MacBook Pro. Muy buen sonido. Bluetooth funciona bien.

very nice sound

Muy buenos, calidad de sonido excelente. Los recomiéndo.

De la nada dejo de funcionar el Bluetooth. No tengo ningún año con ellas.

I recently bought a 2024 MAC Mini M4 and a Dell U2725QE monitor. The monitor doesn't have speakers, which was fine for me since monitor speakers typically aren't that good. I looked around at several options for desktop speakers that would connect to my MAC and could also be used with my turntable. These speakers turned out to be perfect. I connected them to the MAC using a RCA - USB-C cable with DAC built in. The speakers have a second RCA input so I also connected my turntable. Finally, the speakers have bluetooth so I can also stream music to them from my phone or iPad. Overall, I'm very happy with their versatile connections. The sound is excellent with great clarity. They have adjustments for treble and bass so I was able to dial in the sound I like with more bass. Overall, I was very impressed with the sound. They also are a good size. Not too small, but also not too large. I got the white ones that fit the look of the MAC Mini and the Dell monitor. My desk is only 48" wide. In addition to the speakers and my main Dell monitor, I was able to place an LG 34" ultra wide monitor on my desk as a rarely used second monitor. Everything fits well.Great speakers and well worth the addition to your desktop computing.

easy setup and it comes with a optical fiber, I love this speaker very much.

Bought these speakers for the turntable and they were easy to set up, look great and sound even better.

It's really easy to use, I highly recommend buying it! Five-star praise!

I already returned them to amazon. had them less than a week before they stopped working. absolute trash!!!

I blew one in a week, exactly one week. And now I can't get Edifier to do anything about it. I've sent them copies of the receipt, I've sent them pictures of how everything is connected, and I sent them a sound file of how bad the blown speaker sounds. On top of selling a garbage speaker that blew in a week they could not open the wav file I sent them... an audio company couldn't open a wav file. Its now been 2 weeks and they won't respond to emails and now I guess I'm just stuck with a speaker that pops and crackles like a bowl of cereal. They did sound good before it blew though.
